Use them while stretching, working, relaxing, or sleeping—wherever grounding fits into your daily routine. ## Product Details - **SKU**: 00007 - **Price**: €99.99 EUR - **Availability**: In Stock - **Category**: Uncategorized - **Image**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/storage/product_image/257/Earthing_Patch_Kit_for_grounding_at_home_v2.jpg - **URL**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/products/ground-therapy-patch-kit-90-patches ## Description Earthing® Patches offer a convenient way to stay grounded by connecting specific points on your body to the Earth's natural energy. For general use, we recommend applying them to the palms of your hands or the soles of your feet, as these are among the most conductive areas. The patches are adhesive and designed for one-time use. Use them while stretching, working, relaxing, or sleeping—wherever grounding fits into your daily routine. **What's Included:** - 3 Bags of Earthing Patches (90 Patches total) - 2 Earthing Coil Cords (Length: 15ft each, black) - 1 Outlet Checker - 1 Outlet Adapter - 1 Carrying Case - 1 FREE Book: [Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever! (Second Edition) Paperback](https://www.earthingireland.ie/products/earthing-the-most-important-health-discovery-ever-second-edition-paperback) **How To Set Up:** **STEP 1**: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded. Three Amber Lights = Grounded When all three lights are illuminated together, your outlet is properly grounded. Other Light Combinations = Ungrounded and Unsafe Try testing other outlets if the first one isn't grounded. If you don't have any grounded outlets in your home, then you will need to order an Earthing Ground Rod to use your Earthing product, or call an electrician to fix your outlets. **STEP 2**: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet. Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. **STEP 3**: Peel off a Patch from the plastic backing. Apply it to the body part you wish to ground. **STEP 4**: Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab on the Patch. You're now grounded! Repeat this process with an additional Patch if you'd like to use two at the same time on separate body parts. **Ideas For Use:** Earthing Patches can be used anywhere you stretch, work out, sit, relax, or sleep for targeted grounding. Apply the Earthing Patches to acute spots on your body to immediately bring the Earth's electrons there. If you're not targeting a specific spot, then we recommend applying the Patches to either the palms of your hands or bottom of your feet as these are the most conductive points on the body. Please Note: The Patches are meant for one-time use. Although the adhesive may last through several applications, the gel in the center may not be in contact with the skin after the first use and this is necessary for grounding. **Materials & Care Instructions:** Do: - Apply the Patch to clean, dry skin. - Push the Patch firmly onto the skin to make sure the gel center has complete contact with your skin. - Discard the Patch in your trash recepticle when you've completed your grounding time as they are one-time use. Do Not: - Apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before applying a Patch. - Apply to areas of the body with a lot of hair on them. ## What's Included - 2x Coil Cord - Safe T Cube - Outlet Checker (EU) - Patch Kit Bag - 3x Patches (30 count) ## Shipping, Returns & Warranty - **Shipping**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/shipping.md - **Returns**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/returns.md - **Warranty**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/warranty.md - **Discount code**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/coupon.md - **Add to cart**: https://www.earthingireland.ie/products/ground-therapy-patch-kit-90-patches ## Structured Product Data (JSON-LD) The JSON-LD structure below follows Schema.org Product standards and is optimized for search engines, LLMs, crawlers, and programmatic access. ```json { "@context": "https://schema.org/", "@type": "Product", "url": "https://www.earthingireland.ie/products/ground-therapy-patch-kit-90-patches", "name": "Ground Therapy Patch Kit (90 Patches)", "image": [ "https://www.earthingireland.ie/storage/product_image/257/variants/Earthing_Patch_Kit_for_grounding_at_home_v2_public.jpg" ], "description": "Earthing® Patches offer a convenient way to stay grounded by connecting specific points on your body to the Earth's natural energy.
