How To Set Up:

STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
Three Amber Lights = Grounded
When all three lights are illuminated together, your outlet is properly grounded.

Other Light Combinations = Ungrounded and Unsafe
Try testing other outlets if the first one isn't grounded. If you don't have any grounded outlets in your home, then you will need to order an Earthing Ground Rod to use your Earthing product, or call an electrician to fix your outlets.

STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.

STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Chair Mat where you'd like to use it. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Chair Mat.

STEP 4: Sit on the Floor Mat and you're grounded! For optimal effectiveness, direct contact or wearing a thin layers of natural material for clothing, such as cotton or bamboo, is best.

Earthing's unique grounding material is vegan, eco-friendly, durable, 100% conductive, and easy to clean. 

This Chair Mat has a black backing, unlike our previous Chair Mat which had a blue backing.

Care Instructions:

Do:

• Wipe down the Earthing Chair Mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
• Air dry before rolling the Earthing Chair Mat back up.

Do Not:

• Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Chair Mat.
• Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Chair Mat as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
