How To Set Up

TO USE THE GROUNDED SOCKS WITH A GROUNDED WALL OUTLET:

STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
Three Amber Lights = Grounded
When all three lights are illuminated together, your outlet is properly grounded.

Other Light Combinations = Ungrounded and Unsafe
Try testing other outlets if the first one isn't grounded. If you don't have any grounded outlets in your home, then you will need to order an Earthing Ground Rod to use your Earthing product, or call an electrician to fix your outlets.

STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.

STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the first Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Firmly push one end of the second Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Put the Earthing Grounded Socks on your feet.

STEP 4: Snap the other end of the first Coil Coil onto one sock, and snap the other end of the second Coil Cord onto the second sock. You're now grounding! Please remember to disconnect the Coil Cords before walking.

TO USE THE GROUNDED SOCKS WITH ANOTHER GROUNDED EARTHING PRODUCT:

STEP 1: Put on your Earthing Grounded Socks

STEP 2: Place your feet on any Earthing product that is properly grounded to a wall outlet, and you are now grounded!

Ideas For Use:

Cozy up and stay grounded with the incredibly soft and comfortable Earthing Socks. Wear them to be grounded via their Coil Cords while relaxing, working, or sleeping, or wear them without being connected to Coil Cords and instead touch another Earthing product that is grounded.

Materials:

Dimensions: One size fits most.12.5in long top to tip. Top opening width is 3.5in.
Fabric: 80-85% Nylon, 15-20% Silver Fiber (naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.)

Care Instructions:

• HAND WASH as needed with mild soap and water. You don’t need to wash these socks as often as regular socks due to their naturally antimicrobial properties.
• Never use bleach, whitening detergents, oxi-detergents, or soaps with essential oils.
• Air dry only.
• Wait one hour after applying lotions or oils before wearing the Socks.
